Tommy Bahama - - Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the dishroom and equipment and sanitize kitchenware; Set up and stock dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment; Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized; Support the crew by ensuring safety and sanitation of the kitchen; Assist with general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
