- High school level of knowledge preferred.
- Formal education in food service supervision or cooking preferred.
- Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles of nutrition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Serve Safe certification within one year of hire.
- HACCP certification within one year of hire.
