Additional criteria: Minimum of 3 years coaching experience. Familiarity with CIF, NFHS, and DSUSD guidelines. Experience working collaboratively with administration, athletic director, school staff, athletic booster club, and members of the community. Supports pursuing victory with honor. Believes in character-based athletics and supports student-athletes in the classroom and in competition. Athletic Directors may add any further qualifications they have established for particular positions.
