Coachella Valley Unified School District covers more than 1,200 square miles of mostly rural desert terrain, serving the communities of Coachella, Thermal, Mecca, Oasis, Indio, and the Salton Sea. Skill to plan menus and maintain inventory control. Knowledge of modern methods of food preparation, health codes and sanitation principles, nutritional requirements. Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Ability to make administrative decisions. 3.
